Yes. Choose free store pickup at checkout and we email you as soon as the order is ready. Most in-stock solid hardwood is ready the same day.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over $99. Below that a flat delivery charge applies, shown before you pay. Oversized items may be quoted separately.
How do I know how much solid hardwood to order?
Work from the finished dimensions rather than the raw opening, then add a margin for offcuts. Each product page lists the unit and the coverage it gives.
Can someone install solid hardwood for me?
Yes. Post the job on Hire Pross, describe what you have bought, and compare offers from vetted local providers. Payment is held until you confirm the work is done.
What is the return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within the return window shown at checkout. Cut-to-size, mixed-to-order and special-order products are excluded.
