These are the standards every provider agrees to. They are not legal terms — the Terms of Service cover that. They are what good work looks like here.
1. Quote honestly
Your offer is the price. If the job turns out to be bigger than described, agree the change with the customer in the task thread before you do the extra work.
2. Turn up, or tell them early
Plans change. Cancelling the night before is survivable; not showing up is not. Message as soon as you know.
3. Only take work you can do
If a job needs a licence, hold the licence. If it is outside your skill set, leave it for someone else.
4. Keep it in the platform
Messages, agreements and payments stay on the platform. That is what makes reviews trustworthy and disputes solvable.
5. Respect the home
You are in someone’s space. Protect surfaces, clean up, and treat everyone in the household with courtesy.
6. Communicate
Confirm the day before. Say when you are on your way. Tell the customer when you are done and what you did.
