How do I know a provider is any good?
Every provider has a public review history from completed tasks only. Look at what recent customers said about work like yours.
Do I pay the provider directly?
No. You pay the platform when you accept an offer, and the money is released to the provider once the work is done.
What if nobody offers on my task?
Usually the budget is low for the work, the description is thin or the timing is very tight. Edit the task and it will surface again.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Before an offer is accepted you can cancel at any time at no cost. After that, see the cancellation policy.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
Raise it in the task thread first, then contact support with the task reference.
