Be straight with people
Describe tasks accurately. Quote honestly. Do not use another person’s identity, photos or reviews.
Keep it on the platform
Agreements, messages and payments belong here. Taking them elsewhere removes everyone’s protection and is grounds for removal.
No discrimination
Nobody may be refused work, refused service or treated differently on the basis of race, colour, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, age or caste. See our non-discrimination policy.
No harassment
No threats, no abuse, no sexual harassment, no repeated unwanted contact. This applies in messages, reviews and in person.
No illegal or unsafe work
Do not post or accept tasks that are illegal, that require a licence you do not hold, or that put anyone at serious risk.
Honest reviews
Review the work, not the person. Do not trade reviews, buy reviews or use reviews as leverage in a dispute.
What happens if you break them
Depending on severity: a warning, removal of content, restricted features, or permanent removal. Serious safety matters are reported to the relevant authorities.
