How do I post a task? Describe the job, choose a category, set a location and a budget, then publish. It is free and takes about a minute. Post a task.
What should I put as my budget? A realistic number for the whole job. It is a starting point — providers can offer above or below it, and you are never obliged to accept.
How quickly will I get offers? Most tasks in populated areas receive their first offer within a few hours. Adding photos and clear details speeds this up considerably.
Hiring
How do I choose? Compare the price, the review history, how they answered your question and how soon they can start. The cheapest offer is not always the one that finishes the job.
Can I ask questions before hiring? Yes. Every task has a thread where you can ask anything before accepting an offer.
Payments
When am I charged? When you accept an offer. The money is held and only released to the provider once the work is done.
What if the job is not finished properly? Do not release the payment. Raise it in the thread first, and contact support if you cannot resolve it together.
Account
How do I reset my password? Use the forgot password link on the login page.
How do I delete my account? Contact support. Completed task records are retained where the law requires it.
