Delivered to site
Quotes include delivery to the address you give, so the price you compare is the price that lands. Pickup is there too where the merchant offers it.
Paid after it arrives
You accept a quote, the order ships, and payment follows delivery - not before it. Nothing leaves your account for goods still sitting in a yard.

Yes. Choose free store pickup at checkout and we email you as soon as the order is ready. Most in-stock bookcases is ready the same day.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over $99. Below that a flat delivery charge applies, shown before you pay. Oversized items may be quoted separately.
How do I know how much bookcases to order?
Measure the area, add about ten percent for cuts and waste, and round up to whole packs. Product pages list coverage per unit so you can work backwards from the total.
Can someone install bookcases for me?

What is the return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within the return window shown at checkout. Cut-to-size, mixed-to-order and special-order products are excluded.
