Returns & Refunds

The return window, what is excluded, how warranty claims work and what happens once a product has been installed.

What can be returned

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within the return window shown at checkout, with the order reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

What cannot be returned

Anything cut, mixed or made to order is excluded: cut-to-size lumber and blinds, tinted paint, custom countertops and special-order products. This is standard across the trade, because the item cannot be resold.

Faulty products

A faulty product is not a return, it is a warranty claim, and the return window does not limit it. Contact us with the order reference, the model number and a description of the fault, and we will work it through with the manufacturer.

Installed products

Once a product is installed it usually cannot be returned, so check dimensions and finish before installation begins. If you hired the installer through us and the fault is with the work rather than the product, raise it through the task instead and the payment protection applies.
