Say you will collect when you post your requirement and suppliers quote for collection instead of delivery. Bring the request reference and photo ID.
Delivery
Delivery is quoted by the supplier as part of their price, so you see the full landed cost before you choose. Nothing is added afterwards.
Oversized and bulk items – lumber packs, drywall, appliances, bagged aggregate – may be quoted separately because they need a different vehicle. If that applies to your order we contact you before dispatch.
Delivery to a job site
Site deliveries are welcome. Use the notes on your requirement for gate codes, access restrictions, and who will be there to receive it, so suppliers price it properly first time.
Damaged or missing items
Check the delivery before the driver leaves where you can. If something arrives damaged or short, contact us within 48 hours with the order reference and a photo, and we will replace it or refund it.
