When a customer accepts an offer, the full task amount is taken and held. It is released to the provider once the task is marked complete.<\/p>\n
A percentage service fee is deducted from the task amount before payout. The fee is shown to the provider before they send an offer and appears on every statement.<\/p>\n
Cards and locally supported payment methods, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.<\/p>\n
Tasks are priced and paid in the currency of the country the task is in.<\/p>\n
Prices are shown in the way that is customary for each market. Providers are responsible for their own tax registration, invoicing and remittance.<\/p>\n
Payouts are made to the provider’s nominated account, usually within one to two business days of completion. Verification may delay a first payout.<\/p>\n
