What does it cost to join?<\/h2>\n

Nothing. There is no subscription, no listing fee and no charge for sending offers. A service fee is deducted from completed tasks only.<\/p>\n

How do I get my first job?<\/h2>\n

Complete your profile, add a photo and a real description of what you do, then send offers on tasks that match your skills. Personalised offers that answer the customer’s question win far more often than one-line quotes.<\/p>\n

When do I get paid?<\/h2>\n

The customer funds the task when they accept your offer. The money is released to you after the work is marked complete, usually within one to two business days.<\/p>\n

Can I change my price after I have quoted?<\/h2>\n

Only by agreement. If the job is bigger than described, discuss it in the task thread and the customer can approve a revised amount.<\/p>\n

What if a customer cancels?<\/h2>\n

If they cancel before you start, the funds are returned to them. If you have already travelled or bought materials, raise it with support and we will look at the thread.<\/p>\n

Do I need insurance?<\/h2>\n

For most trade and in-home work, yes. Add your policy to your profile — customers filter for it.<\/p>\n

Do I need to register a business?<\/h2>\n
