My Blog is a construction marketplace. Nearly every job needs three things – somebody to do the work, materials to do it with, and equipment to do it on – and until now that meant three sets of suppliers, three accounts and three people to chase. We run all three as one platform, under one login.<\/p>\n

Hire a Professional<\/h3>\n

Describe the job and vetted local trades come to you with a real price. Compare their offers, ratings and review history, then hire the one you want. The money sits with us until you say the work is finished, so neither side has to trust the other on faith.<\/p>\n

Building Supplies<\/h3>\n

A full builders merchant: lumber, hardware, plumbing, electrical, paint, flooring, appliances and fixtures. Shop by department the way a yard is laid out, or by the room you are working on. Free store pickup, or delivery to the site.<\/p>\n

Rental<\/h3>\n

Access equipment, earthmoving, compaction, power, site services and the rest. Pick your dates and see which local yards can genuinely cover them, with delivery, waiver and fees worked into the price before you commit rather than added to an invoice afterwards.<\/p>\n

Why one platform instead of three<\/h2>\n

Because that is how a job actually runs. You do not decide on Monday that this week is a materials week. You need the excavator and the aggregate and the operator inside the same fortnight, and each one you have to source separately is another phone call, another account and another thing that can arrive late.<\/p>\n

Running all three ourselves means the handoffs are ours to fix. Order flooring and hire a fitter for it from the same screen. Book a machine that needs a ticketed operator and post the operator as a task in the same afternoon. It all lands in one dashboard with one payment history behind it.<\/p>\n

How we make money<\/h2>\n

A service fee on completed tasks, a margin on materials, and a commission on rentals. There are no subscriptions, no listing fees, and nothing to pay for receiving or sending an offer. If a task is never completed, nobody pays anything.<\/p>\n
