Refunds go back to the original payment method.<\/p>\n<h2>What cannot be returned<\/h2>\n<p>Anything cut, mixed or made to order is excluded: cut-to-size lumber and blinds, tinted paint, custom countertops and special-order products. This is standard across the trade, because the item cannot be resold.<\/p>\n<h2>Faulty products<\/h2>\n<p>A faulty product is not a return, it is a warranty claim, and the return window does not limit it. Contact us with the order reference, the model number and a description of the fault, and we will work it through with the manufacturer.<\/p>\n<h2>Installed products<\/h2>\n<p>Once a product is installed it usually cannot be returned, so check dimensions and finish before installation begins.
