It is charged both ways, because that is what a float actually costs to run.<\/p>\n<h2>Getting the window<\/h2>\n<p>Once your booking is confirmed the supplier sends a delivery window. Most deliveries run early so the machine is on site before the crew starts.<\/p>\n<h2>What the site needs<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Somewhere the float can stop legally and safely, with room to unload.<\/li>\n<li>Ground that will take the machine and the truck, particularly after rain.<\/li>\n<li>Someone on site to receive it, check it over and sign.<\/li>\n<li>Gate codes, height restrictions and access notes given at booking, not on the day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Collecting it yourself<\/h2>\n<p>Smaller machines can be picked up from the yard at no charge. You will need suitable transport and tie-downs; the listing shows the transport weight so you can check your trailer rating before you set off.<\/p>\n<h2>Off-hire<\/h2>\n<p>Tell the supplier when you are finished and they arrange collection.
